It’s a genuine joy to work with people who are in the process of bravely bringing their gifts to the world and making a positive contribution. Spreag means encouraged in Irish (“spreag sí mé/she encouraged me”), and this is what I wish for my clients to feel during and after our mentoring sessions together.

Together, we will move through a creative process to gain a stronger sense of purpose, vision, and values, while establishing systems to support the follow through of ideas into a tangible reality. We will do this through my style of mentoring which values:
