Join Steph for a grounding and inspiring morning of yoga, free movement and deep relaxation inspired by the earth and moon.
Taking place in a cosy bell tent on the community land in Kilmeedy, yoga will be grounding; encouraging us to find our feet and feel the support of the earth. The full moon which represents completion and letting go, will guide our free movement and deep relaxation.
Yoga mats and blankets will be provided. No need to bring anything unless perhaps a bottle of water. Any questions feel free to contact me.
